This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices using Cookies, which are used to provide electronic services requested by the User, by the Castle Museum in Sandomierz.

The administrator of your personal data is the Castle Museum in Sandomierz, ul. Zamkowa 12, 27-600 Sandomierz, entered in the Register of Cultural Institutions of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, entry number: 1/22, which provides electronic services through the zamek-sandomierz.pl website and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.

Administrator’s Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Service.

External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, via the Service’s website.

Service – means the website or application under which the Administrator runs the online service.

User – means an entity for whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal provisions, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malicious software to enter the User’s Devices this way. III. Purposes for which Cookies are used

The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:

II) correct handling of the affiliate program, allowing in particular the verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Service’s websites.
d. Analysis, research, and audit of viewership
I) creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Users of the Service use the Service’s websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
e. Ensuring the security and reliability of the service

IV. Possibilities of specifying the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies

The User can independently and at any time change the settings regarding Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User’s Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence, the User can make using the settings of the web browser or using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every placement on the User’s device. The User can delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser they use.

Limiting the use of Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Service’s website.
