The Castle Museum in Sandomierz offers rental of museum rooms on commercial terms, provided it does not conflict with cultural events taking place at the Museum, as well as its mission.
Many cultural and occasional events of various nature take place within the castle walls, including: city ceremonies, scientific conferences, lectures, concerts, jubilee galas, weddings, and training sessions.
Area and gross price list of rented rooms:
Knights’ Hall: 240 m²/180 seats (1st floor)
Standard equipment (theater seating arrangement) – 1000 PLN per hour.
Included in the rental price:
- sound system;
- toilets on the same level;
- cloakroom without service (ground floor);
- possible Wi-Fi access point;
- possibility of placing stands/advertisements in the rental space.
Additional fees:
- piano 200 PLN + tuning cost (flat rate);
- cloakroom with service – 50 PLN per hour;

Conference Room 90 m²/about 40 seats (2nd floor)
- 250 PLN per hour
Gallery 90 m² (1st floor)
- 600 PLN per hour
Fee for using the guest room
- 200 PLN/day – accommodation for 1 person
- 50 PLN/day – accommodation for a museum worker and a scientific employee
- 1 PLN/day – accommodation for a museum worker cooperating with the Castle Museum in Sandomierz
- 100 PLN – extension of the overnight stay
- Children up to 4 years old – free accommodation
Parking fee
The parking fee is paid at the machine – cost: 2 PLN/stay up to ½ hour; 4 PLN/hour. The penalty for non-compliance with the Parking Regulations is 500 PLN.
