The website www.zamek-sandomierz.pl and the subpages dedicated to the Museum’s branches are informational pages. They contain a collection of information about the museum and its history, exhibitions and events, educational offerings (workshops, lectures, museum lessons).
The pages were created taking into account the WCAG 2.0 guidelines and in accordance with web standards. According to the extended website accessibility report conducted by the Bona Fides Civic Activity Association on November 2, 2018, the site meets the second level (WAI-AA) of the accessibility specification requirement for people with disabilities WCAG 2.0.
The appearance of the site is defined by cascading style sheets (CSS), and when the style sheets are disabled, the site remains accessible and understandable to the user.
The website is partially compliant with the Act of April 4, 2019, on the digital accessibility of public entity websites and mobile applications due to the non-compliance or exclusions listed below:
- lack of alternative descriptions and titles for some photos and graphics,
- lack of audio description for video/multimedia materials,
- lack of a site map
Exclusions:
- some graphic files (maps and visual documentation of artworks and crafts) are exempt from the obligation to provide alternative descriptions

The service can be viewed on mobile device screens, such as mobile phones and tablets. It was built based on the Responsive Web Design method, which allows the page modules to automatically adjust to the screen resolution of the mobile device.
